The plant and 9 pumping stations were monitored separately, and alarms were noticed late.
Our Solution
Blower and dissolved oxygen control, RTU communication for the pumping stations and a central alarm/reporting system were installed.
Result
Blower energy consumption fell by 22%, and fault response time dropped from hours to minutes.

After commissioning, the plant personnel were trained and all documentation and backups were handed over.
