Challenge
The pneumatic stretching caused inconsistent bottle base thickness and high air consumption.
Our Solution
A servo stretch axis, profile-based motion and oven lamp control were integrated.
Result
Scrap rate dropped from 4% to 1.2% and compressed air consumption fell by 30%.

After commissioning, the plant personnel were trained and all documentation and backups were handed over.
