Our Solution
Charge-based recipe selection, thermocouple logging and an automatic PDF cycle report were developed.

Full traceability in quality audits and an 8% reduction in cycle time.
Recipe management, logging and quality traceability for a profile ageing furnace. Within the scope of the project, site survey, electrical design, software development, installation supervision and commissioning were carried out by our company on a turnkey basis.
After commissioning, the plant personnel were trained and all documentation and backups were handed over.
