Manual palletizing required 3 operators per shift and carried a risk of workplace accidents.
Our Solution
A fully automatic cell was commissioned with recipe-based pallet patterns, a light-curtain-protected safety zone and servo axis synchronization.
Result
Capacity of 900 cases per hour, savings of 2 operators and zero accidents.
Motion control and safety software for a four-axis gantry palletizer. Within the scope of the project, site survey, electrical design, software development, installation supervision and commissioning were carried out by our company on a turnkey basis.
After commissioning, the plant personnel were trained and all documentation and backups were handed over.
