Energy costs were rising without knowing which lines were responsible.
Our Solution
Data was collected from analysers and PLCs to create line-based energy dashboards, shift reports and threshold alarms.
Result
14% energy savings in the first year; compressed air leaks were detected.
Collection of energy and process data from 140 points across three production buildings. Within the scope of the project, site survey, electrical design, software development, installation supervision and commissioning were carried out by our company on a turnkey basis.
After commissioning, the plant personnel were trained and all documentation and backups were handed over.
