Chemicals were dosed by hand and discharge limits were exceeded from time to time.
Our Solution
Proportional dosing based on flow and pH measurement, storage tank level monitoring and remote web monitoring were added.
Result
Chemical consumption fell by 18% and discharge limit violations were eliminated.
Automatic chemical dosing based on pH and flow for textile wastewater. Within the scope of the project, site survey, electrical design, software development, installation supervision and commissioning were carried out by our company on a turnkey basis.
After commissioning, the plant personnel were trained and all documentation and backups were handed over.
