With newly built panels, current S7-1500T controllers and Sinamics S120 drives, and the software of 6 robots rewritten, the system was brought to efficient operation.

Tandem Press Line and Press-to-Press Transfer Automation
In tandem press lines, moving the part between presses quickly, safely and repeatably determines production efficiency. Press-to-press transfer automation moves the sheet metal part from one press to the next without operator intervention, increasing line speed, eliminating the risk of accidents and keeping part quality consistent.
